Business Development Services

Business Development Services (BDSs) are packages of non-financial services that guide the SME to the best investment and help him/her to develop and improve product quality, increase sales and expand businesses. These services include feasibility studies, business plans, technical consultancy, legal consultancy, product development, marketing as well as reducing production costs and problems of industrialization and the use of technology.

Therefore, non-financial services are as important as financing, if not more important, as the percentage of capital risk increases in the case there are technical problems, cannot be solved by the SME entrepreneur. Accordingly, the application of the non-financial services concept leads to achieve the required competitiveness locally and globally, for small and medium enterprises, maintains trained and skilled workers and helps to recruit more employment, as well as, rising per capita incomes, and thus, combating poverty and unemployment.
