Established according to the provisions of the Capital Market Law, law no. 95 for the year 1992.
Target size of EGP 1 billion and have a fixed term of 10 years

Main objective is to provide -SMART CAPITAL -the investment capital and know-how support required to promote the Egyptian SMEs growth.

Funds will be managed by the most competent and experienced local fund managers who will add value to investee companies in areas such as improving operating efficiency, strengthening financial controls, opening marketing channels.

Progress to Date

The Fund company is established by GAFI according to the provisions of the Capital Market Law, law 95 for the year 1992, and 10% of the fund (100 million EGP) is allocated and committed.

Currently the company is negotiating the financial offers and the fee structure with the 3 selected fund managers.
